You’ve probably heard that meditation is good for you- especially if you have anxiety. But sometimes it can be hard to find the time to sit and do a ‘traditional meditation’. I created these meditations as a way to take a quick break at any time you need. They’re self-guided, but I’ve created all the prompts you need to walk your though at your own pace. I also included my own nature photography because the research showing that nature can have a profound positive impact on mental health- even just looking at a photo.
