Free 2-Minute Self-Guided Mindfulness Meditations

You’ve probably heard that meditation is good for you- especially if you have anxiety. But sometimes it can be hard to find the time to sit and do a ‘traditional meditation’. I created these meditations as a way to take a quick break at any time you need. They’re self-guided, but I’ve created all the prompts you need to walk your though at your own pace. I also included my own nature photography because the research showing that nature can have a profound positive impact on mental health- even just looking at a photo.

The impact of our stories is powerful. Finding common ground makes us feel less alone, and more empowered to speak out. This is especially true when it comes to mental health. I’ve interviewed and gathered stories from people who are willing to share their anxiety stories as a way to show that what you are experiencing is common, AND as a way to slowly break down the mental health stigma.
